摘要:探讨膳食添加菊苣酸对过敏性哮喘小鼠的体内调节作用。将16只5周龄雌性BALB/c小鼠随机分为4组:正常组(Control)、过敏性哮喘模型组(OVA)、膳食菊苣酸干预组(OVA+CA)和药物对照组(OVA+DEX)。使用卵清蛋白诱导过敏性哮喘小鼠模型,并全程饲喂含有mg/kg菊苣酸的饲料或不含菊苣酸的普通饲料。观察并记录小鼠体质量变化和鼻部症状,小鼠牺牲后检测肺组织病理学变化、外周血炎症细胞数量和比例,检测肺组织辅助性T细胞(Th)和细胞*性T细胞(Tc)各亚型百分比。与过敏性哮喘模型组相比,膳食菊苣酸干预组的体质量减轻现象和挠鼻症状明显改善(P0.05),外周血嗜酸性粒细胞数量、嗜酸性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值显著下降(P0.05),肺部炎症浸润情况以及杯状细胞增生情况缓解(P0.05),肺组织Th2、Th17、Tc2、Tc17百分比降低(P0.),Th1和Tc1百分比则没有变化(P0.05)。 膳食补充菊苣酸能有效改善过敏性哮喘小鼠体内炎症。关键词:菊苣酸;过敏性哮喘;炎症;嗜酸性粒细胞;T细胞Abstract:Toinvestigatetheinvivoeffectofdietarycichoricacidsupplementinallergicasthmaticmice.Sixteenfive-week-oldfemaleBALB/cmicewererandomlydividedintofourgroups:normalgroup(control),allergicasthmaticgroup(OVA),dietarycichoricacidgroup(OVA+CA),anddrug-controlgroup(OVA+DEX).Ovalbuminwasappliedtoinduceallergicasthmaticmurinemodel.Duringthewholeexperiment,micewerefedwithfeedthatcontainedmg/kgcichoricacidornocichoricacid.Thebodyweightchangesandnasalsymptomswereobservedandrecordedduringtheexperiment.Aftersacrifice,thepulmonaryhistopathologicalchanges,thenumberandproportionofperipheralinflammatorycells,andthepercentagesofsubsetsofhelperTcell(Th)andcytotoxicTcell(Tc)inlungtissuesweremeasured.ComparedwithOVAgroup,themiceinOVA+CAgroupshowedalleviatedbodyweightlossandnasalsymptoms(P0.05),decreasednumberofeosinophilsandeosinophil/lymphocyteratioinperipheralblood(P0.05),alleviatedinflammatoryinfiltrationandgobletcellproliferationoflungstissues(P0.05),decreasedpercentagesofTh2,Th17,Tc2,Tc17inlungs(P0.),whilethepercentagesofTh1andTc1didnotchange(P0.05).Dietarycichoricacidsupplementationcouldimproveinvivoinflammationinallergicasthmaticmice.Keywords:cichoricacid;allergicasthma;inflammation;eosinophil;Tcell编辑:李堃
